Part of the Change Management and Digital Transformation programme, supporting the adoption of Microsoft 365 across Whitbread brands.
Acted as the change advocate for the Brand & Marketing function, with support and adoption activity extending across seven cross-functional teams. Helped teams transition from traditional desktop-based workflows to collaborative cloud-based ways of working using Microsoft 365 tools and platforms.
Challenge
Whitbread was undergoing a major digital transformation programme, introducing Microsoft 365 across a large, multi-brand organisation with varying levels of digital capability and adoption.
The challenge was not only implementing new technology, but helping employees understand, adopt and embrace new ways of working.
Approach
Supported engagement, communication and adoption activity across the business, helping simplify change and increase confidence in new digital tools and workflows.
Worked across teams to promote collaborative working using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and other Microsoft 365 platforms.
