Estate Brand Rollout | Governance & Delivery

Designed and implemented a scalable governance system to ensure consistent brand delivery across 850+ hotels.

Role
Head of Studio | Creative Operations Lead
Led brand governance, delivery systems and stakeholder alignment across the Premier Inn estate.

Challenge
In-hotel messaging and signage lacked consistency across a large national estate, with no centralised governance, increasing compliance risk and diluting brand experience.

Approach
Developed a scalable governance framework aligning Brand, Operations and Studio teams, focusing on:
• standardised signage specifications and placement
• governance and implementation frameworks
• centralised asset control and visibility
• alignment between central teams and site operations

Delivery
• Created site-ready guidance and asset specifications to support consistent implementation
• Established centralised control across 241 POS lines and ~2 million items
• Introduced standards to reduce interpretation at site level
• Improved coordination between brand, operations and site teams
• Enabled consistent rollout across a live estate

Impact
Delivered consistent brand implementation across 850+ hotels.

• Reduced implementation errors and compliance risk
• Improved visibility and control across estate-wide assets
• Enabled frontline teams to deliver confidently within clear brand standards
