Led the development and delivery of a new brand partnership, shaping programme strategy and driving multi-channel execution across digital, campaign and in-hotel environments.
Challenge
Translate a new CSR partnership with Project Art Works into a scalable, multi-channel programme that could clearly communicate the story of neurodiverse artists while delivering consistency across hotel, digital and marketing environments.
Approach
Established the partnership as a joined-up brand and content programme, defining narrative, messaging and governance across channels. Developed a structured delivery model aligning stakeholders, partners and production.
Delivery
• Led the development and rollout of brand storytelling and artist narratives across web, CRM and social
• Delivered dedicated website content and accessible film content
• Rolled out in-room artwork, POS and on-site storytelling across hotels, including implementation across all Premier Plus rooms
• Led integrated campaign activation including event, PR and internal comms
• Managed end-to-end delivery across digital, physical and partner touchpoints
Impact
• Established a scalable, multi-channel programme embedded across hotel, digital and campaign environments
• Increased visibility and awareness of Project Art Works across a national customer base
• Drove meaningful engagement between guests, team members and artists, supporting inclusivity and diversity
• Generated ongoing funding and exposure for artists through licensing and in-room presence
• Created a repeatable model for integrating purpose-led partnerships into the customer experience
