Issue
Arriving in an unfamiliar city can be overwhelming. Guests often struggle to navigate inner-city environments and locate essential services, leaving them frustrated when they should be enjoying their stay.
Idea
The creative platform was built around ‘Neighbourhood Included’, expressed through a distinctive tone of voice, rebranding, signage, and the personalised call to action: “Why book a hotel when you can Go Native?” To extend the concept, an integrated campaign and app prototype were developed. Guests accessed the app via a QR code in their welcome pack, using GPS to instantly locate nearby essentials – coffee shops, dry cleaners, restaurants, theatres, ATMs – while also sharing experiences on social media to strengthen their sense of belonging.
