As creative and CRM demands grew, seamless collaboration became critical, especially for Premier Inn’s weekly trading emails, a high-revenue channel where speed, clarity, and accuracy directly impact performance. Without a unified workflow, ideas were lost in inboxes, priorities drifted, and execution lacked consistency.
Insight
Creative excellence requires more than talent – it relies on structure, visibility, and alignment. To maximise output, we needed a single, transparent workflow that supported real-time collaboration, clear ownership, and frictionless communication between Studio and ECRM.
Idea
We implemented Trello as the backbone of our creative operations – an intuitive, visual platform connecting both teams in real time. Each ticket became a shared workspace, housing everything from briefs and timelines to SharePoint links, assets, and visual references. Checklists, deadlines, and @mentions ensured accountability, and naming conventions and colour-coded labels brought clarity. Microsoft Teams integration enabled instant ticket sharing and live updates.
With visibility across 21 team members and stakeholders, Trello became our central source of truth, mapping out campaign content, design direction, and delivery flow with full transparency.
